We realize that fast, reliable technical support is the trademark of any good company -- especially a software company.  As such, we monitor our email constantly and try to respond within five business days.  If we receive your message during the regular work day, we can often respond before the close of business.  Our goal is to help you get the most from our products.

Repair/Return Policy

Software media provided by Brookshire Software, LLC may be exchanged only for the same product via identical media, if defective. All software is ineligible for refund or return. For other non-software products, you may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Brookshire Software, LLC within 15 days of sale for a refund equal to 90% of the cost of the returned item (which does not include a refund for shipping or a refund for included software). Items should be returned in their original packaging and in working order. Brookshire Software, LLC will also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our shipping error. Brookshire Software, LLC does not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges on any custom, beta, or one-time services or products. In the email, please provide your order number so that we may better assist you.
